Conditions

Most items sold are intended for off-road use only. Please be informed of the product and your local laws, as we are not responsible. 

BMG Performance and its associates are not responsible or in any way liable for damages, personal injury and or losses of any kind. 

All order cancellations will result in a 3% transaction fee, no exceptions. Note that all applicable shipping fees incurred and restocking fees will also be charged and will be deducted from the refund balance.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment for their vehicle and to ensure all invoices are correct.

Any orders that has not been picked up or held for over 90 days from the date of purchase will be returned and no refund will be issued.

  

Shipping

All orders that are eligible for free shipping will have an option to add an Insurance and Signature Required option. This option will fully insure the value of the order in event of damage or loss in transit and will absolutely require a signature to be released. 

All uninsured orders are covered up to the carrier's maximum liability. This will most likely result in a claim denial or very little compensation. This option does not require a signature.

Damages that occur in shipping must be reported with the carrier and with BMG Performance as soon as possible. We will require detailed images in order to open a claim with the carrier.

Claims with the shipping carrier will typically require a minimum of 30+ business days to be reviewed. BMG Performance is not responsible to time lost in this process.

If the address given results in an undeliverable item, the customer will be responsible for paying all fees associated. 

 

Warranty

All new parts will come with a warranty unless specified otherwise. The warranty will vary depending on the type of coverage that is offered by the brand/manufacturer. Please contact us by email in order to open a warranty claim.

 

Exchanges

All orders, unless specified otherwise, are exchangeable within 14 days of receiving the orderAll exchanges must be in NEW condition, free of damage or signs of use and must have all the original packaging. All returns will be subject to a return shipping fee at your own costs and a restocking fee (will vary from each manufacturer). Items that are special ordered or customized cannot be exchanged.

The original order must first be arrived at BMG Performance (or in some cases, the manufacturer) for inspection before being approved for an exchange.

 

Returns & Refunds

All orders, unless specified otherwise, are eligible to be returned 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be in NEW condition, free of damage or signs of use and must have all the original packaging. All returns/refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee, a return shipping fee (at your own costs) and a restocking fee (will vary from each manufacturer). To start a return, please email us to obtain an RMA.

Items that cannot be returned:

- Electronic components/parts

- Special orders and Custom orders

- Used/Damaged Parts

- Turbo/Turbocharger components

- Items that are Open Box/Used/Final Sale
