Conditions
BMG Performance and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of any product sold. All products are sold as-is and are intended for off-road or race use only, unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying product fitment and accuracy of the order prior to purchase. BMG Performance is not responsible for incorrect orders due to inaccurate vehicle information or assumptions.
All order cancellations are subject to a 3% transaction fee. Additional shipping and restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Orders not picked up or claimed within 90 days will be considered abandoned. No refunds or credits will be issued after this period.
By purchasing from BMG Performance, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BMG Performance, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from product use.

Warranty
All product warranties are offered and fulfilled by the original manufacturer. BMG Performance does not provide any direct warranty coverage unless explicitly stated. Please contact us by email in order to open a warranty claim.
Exchanges
All orders, unless specified otherwise, are exchangeable within 14 days of receiving the order. All exchanges must be in NEW condition, free of damage or signs of use and must have all the original packaging. All returns will be subject to a return shipping fee at your own costs and a restocking fee (will vary from each manufacturer). Items that are special ordered or customized cannot be exchanged.
The original order must first be arrived at BMG Performance (or in some cases, the manufacturer) for inspection before being approved for an exchange.
Returns & Refunds
All orders, unless specified otherwise, are eligible to be returned 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be in NEW condition, free of damage or signs of use and must have all the original packaging. All returns/refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee, a return shipping fee (at your own costs) and a restocking fee (will vary from each manufacturer). To start a return, please email us to obtain an RMA.

- Electronic components/parts
- Special orders and Custom orders
- Used/Damaged Parts
- Turbo/Turbocharger components
- Items that are Open Box/Used/Final Sale
